Introduction
Our mobile home is available from April to September and comes fully equipped, so you can settle in to your holiday with minimal hassle. It is situated on the award winning la sirene campsite within 1km of the Mediterranean coast (and local beach), in the Languedoc Roussillon region of France, and close to the border with Spain. Camping La Sirène has plenty of leisure facilities for all ages to enjoy, either on-site or close by. The magnificent Pyrenees mountains - including Mount Canigou - are within easy reach. dead posh !
The accommodation comprises three bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people (in one double, one twin and a third bedroom with two full sized bunk beds). There is an open plan lounge/diner, with ample seating area, a fully equipped self catering kitchen, a shower room and a separate toilet. It covers approximately 35 sq metres of floor space. Outside there is car parking space, gas BBQ and plenty of decking area with table, parasol and six chairs. The home comes complete with four mountain bikes for you to use for outings in the local area.
The mobile home is on mains drainage, with hot and cold running water. It has air conditioning (for heating or cooling) with a tower fan as well. Other items include Radio/Cassette/CD player, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, hob, oven and grill . Crockery, cutlery and glasses to cater for 12 - so you can invite friends around!
The four star campsite has a large attractive swimming pool, with children's play area, tennis courts, a bar, restaurant, snack bar, well stocked supermarket, a bakery for fresh bread and croissants, a laundry, and a doctor who visits twice daily in high season. Most importantly, the accommodation is set amongst mature trees, which provide a pleasant feel and cool shade in the height of the summer. Indeed, the whole campsite has a particularly green and shaded setting.

Argelès boasts 300 days of sunshine a year with sandy beaches as far as the eye can see!! Take the "Yellow Road Train" from immediately outside the campsite or else cycle down to the old town of Argelès, with its market and quaint streets or else go down to the "centre plage" where all the action is!!
With horse-riding and golf too nearby, there's plenty of activities for all ages to see and do here. Further afield, but within an hour and a half of the campsite by car, you can reach Andorra or Barcelona. But you can choose your own pace, and do as much or as little as you want. After all, this is YOUR holiday! The important thing is that everything is close to hand at La Sirène, which makes it an ideal base to stay.
