ACCOMMODATION
As the accommodation is set amongst mature trees, this provide a pleasant feel and cool shade in the height of the summer. This can be seen in the short 30 second video clip below showing the outside of the mobile home (note: depending upon your connection, streaming video may take a few moments to begin - blank screen at first - please be patient.) Accommodation Comprises:
There are THREE BEDROOMS (one with double bed, one with twin beds and a third with two full-sized bunk beds), an open-plan lounge/diner, with ample seating area, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room with wash hand basin and a separate toilet. Two bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. We provide pillows and blankets, but bed linen and towels are not included as standard. However these can be requested - see below.
Linen hire includes bath towels as well as bed linen and can be arranged on-site but please contact us for details - as this must be booked at least FOUR weeks in advance of your occupation.

Outside there is car parking space, gas BBQ and plenty of decking area with table, parasol and six chairs. A huge plus is a washing machine installed on the decking - which saves on time etc. compared to the launderette. You can confidently travel lightly! Also, the home comes complete with four mountain bikes for you to use for outings in the local area.
The mobile home is on mains drainage, with hot and cold running water. It has air conditioning (for heating or cooling) with a tower fan as well. Other items include Radio/Cassette/CD player, fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, oven and grill . Crockery, cutlery and glasses to cater for 12 - so you can invite friends around!
